Brad McLachlan opened his first display
home in 1997 on the Sunshine Coast at
the Mountain Creek Estate. Since then
his family owned and operated company
has grown to build approximately 200
to 250 homes per annum.
Today, Brad McLachlan’s operate
from the Gold through to Sunshine Coasts
and have up to 10 display homes open
in premium Estates and developments
across South East Queensland.
Brad McLachlan is a design focused construction
company, with commitment to high quality
results across a broad range of project
types in addition to a strong background
in exclusive residential construction
projects.
Brad McLachlan’s are a South East
Queensland based team of professionals,
which specialise in the area of Residential
Construction. To date the company has
successfully completed in excess of
1500 top end residential projects. Brad
McLachlan’s have intimate knowledge
and understanding of the costs and workings
of buildings and are happy to work with
you on this.
This knowledge is applied in the provision
of independent advice targeted at maximising
the value of an asset or a project,
whilst understanding and controlling
the risk involved. As builders we share
the risk.
